I used to read all the time in childhood, especially Jacqueline Wilson novels! World book day was my favorite day of the year because we had a sale at school!
High school, however, ruined my love for reading. Having to read for academic reasons was incredibly boring for me, and I struggled to pick up books in my free time as a result.
I'm trying to get back into reading now though! Spurred on by my love of writing. I'm still not the best as it, but I'm trying! I think that matters most.
My favorite genres are... Japanese fiction, feminist literature, and romance! (｡˃ ᵕ ˂ )⸝♡
